DOMESTIC SHIPPING ONLY

Stacy Pasty, L.L.C. may have physical book sales in the future.

We ship to addresses within the United States only. We do not ship internationally.

Orders placed with international shipping addresses will be cancelled and fully refunded.

Physical products purchased through third party retailers such as Amazon are subject to that retailer’s own shipping and return policies, not ours.

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order ships you will receive an email with your tracking number.

LOST / DAMAGED ORDERS

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, contact us at [email protected] with your order number.

RETURNS / REFUNDS ON PHYSICAL PRODUCTS

Physical book purchases are covered by our 14 day satisfaction guarantee.

Do not return any physical product without contacting us first.

Email us with your order number and we will provide return instructions.

Original shipping costs are non refundable unless the return is due to our error or a verified product defect.

ADDRESS ACCURACY

You are solely responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout.

Stacy Pasty, L.L.C. is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
