Pennsylvania Sales Tax Notice: Pennsylvania sales tax may apply to digital product purchases. Applicable taxes will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

SECTION 1:

EBOOKS & DIGITAL DOWNLOADS -
ALL SALES FINAL

All ebook and digital download sales (with the exception of bundles and courses) are final since the product is delivered electronically in full and cannot be returned.

Please read the full product description carefully before purchasing.

Ebooks and digital products purchased through third party retailers such as Amazon are subject to that retailer’s own refund and return policy, not ours.

Every paid course purchased directly through our website comes with a full 14 day money back guarantee. No questions asked. No hard feelings.

How to request a course refund:

Email [email protected] within 14 calendar days of your purchase date.

Use the subject line: REFUND REQUEST - (Your Order Number.)

Include your full name and order number.

We will acknowledge receipt within 2 business days.

We will process your refund within 5 - 7 business days of acknowledgment.

Refunds are returned to your original payment method only.

Upon processing your refund, your access to the course will be closed.

SECTION 3:

BUNDLES
14 DAY GUARANTEE WITH CONDITIONS

Bundles come with a 14 day money back guarantee from the date of purchase on the full bundle price, provided the individual components have not been substantially accessed.

Include your full name, order number and the specific bundle purchased.

If components have not been substantially accessed, we will process your refund within 5 - 7 business days.

Refunds are returned to your original payment method only.
What counts as ‘substantially accessed’: If you have accessed more than two modules of any course, OR if you have downloaded and opened 20% or more of digital components, the bundle is substantially accessed and is no longer eligible for a refund.

SECTION 4:

SUBSCRIPTIONS - CANCEL ANYTIME

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Kajabi account settings or by emailing us.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

No refunds are issued for the current billing period already paid.

Future billing will stop immediately upon cancellation.

We will confirm your cancellation within 2 business days.

SECTION 5:

COMMUNITY ACCESS FREE WITH PURCHASE

The Porch Pals Community is included free with any product purchase.

There is no separate purchase price for community access and therefore no separate refund policy applies.

If you receive a refund on the product your community access was purchased with, your community access will also be closed.

SECTION 6:

PHYSICAL BOOKS -
14 DAY GUARANTEE

Physical book purchases made directly through our website are covered by a 14 day satisfaction guarantee.

Email support @stacypasty.com within 14 calendar days of your purchase date.

Use the subject line: REFUND REQUEST — [Your Order Number].

Do NOT return the book before contacting us. We will provide return instructions.

We will acknowledge receipt and provide return instructions.

Once the returned product is received and inspected in acceptable condition, we will process your refund within 5 - 7 business days.

Refunds are returned to your original payment method only.

Original shipping costs are non refundable unless the return is due to our error or a verified product defect.

SECTION 7:

REFUND EXCLUSIONS - ALL PRODUCTS

No refund will be issued under any of the following circumstances:

Ebooks and digital downloads - all sales are final as stated in Section 1.

Late requests - more than 14 calendar days after purchase.

Missing order number.

Completed courses - Entire course completed prior to the refund request.

Substantially accessed bundles.

Current subscription period already paid.

Promotional purchases at a discounted or coupon price unless otherwise stated.

Duplicate purchases - contact us immediately and we will resolve at our discretion.

Policy violations - access revoked due to a Terms of Use violation.

Third party retailer purchases - governed exclusively by that retailer’s own policy.

SECTION 8:

CHARGEBACK POLICY

Our 14 day no questions asked guarantee exists specifically so that you never need to initiate a chargeback.

If you are dissatisfied with any purchase, please contact us first.

We will work with you to make it right.

If you initiate a chargeback without first contacting us, we reserve the right to:

Dispute the chargeback and submit all relevant evidence to your financial institution.

Permanently revoke your access to all Stacy , L.L.C. products and platforms without further notice.

Pursue all available civil and legal action under Federal and Pennsylvania state law for chargeback fraud.

By purchasing any course, book and / or digital product from Stacy Pasty, L.L.C. you agree to the following terms in full.

LICENSE

Upon purchase you receive a single, personal, non transferable license to access and use the purchased product for your own personal use only. This license is for you and you alone. It does not transfer to any other person under any circumstances.

SAVE YOUR PURCHASE CONFIRMATION

Please save or screenshot your purchase confirmation as your record of agreement to these terms.

YOUR PRIVACY IN SESSIONS

Stacy Pasty, L.L.C. does not record sessions, Q&As, or live interactions. We respect your privacy completely.

We cannot control recording by other participants in any group setting and are not responsible for unauthorized recordings made by other students or community members.

PROHIBITED USES

Sharing, redistributing, reselling, gifting and / or transferring any course content, videos, worksheets, audio and / or written materials to any other person in any format.

Screenshot, record, download and / or reproduce any portion of our original course or digital content without prior written permission.

Share your account login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.

Allow any other person to access your account or our content through your login.

Use our original content or frameworks to create competing products or services.

Claim our original materials or frameworks - including THE NEVER AGAIN FRAMEWORK - as your own.

Remove, alter and / or obscure any copyright, trademark and / or proprietary rights notices from our materials.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY OWNERSHIP

All original content within our courses and digital products - including original videos, audio recordings, worksheets, workbooks, all written materials, frameworks, bonus guide sheets, printables, resource libraries, templates, webinars, and / or THE NEVER AGAIN FRAMEWORK -
is the intellectual property of Stacy Pasty, L.L.C. and is protected under United States copyright law.

Your purchase grants you personal access only. It does not transfer ownership of any kind.

BONUS MATERIALS

All bonus materials are provided for educational, entertainment and / or informational purposes only and are subject to the same terms and disclaimers as the primary product.

Bonus materials are subject to change, substitution and / or removal at any time at our sole discretion without prior notice and without affecting the core terms of the primary product purchased.

CONSEQUENCES OF VIOLATION

If you violate these terms, Stacy Pasty, L.L.C. reserves the right to immediately terminate your access to all products and platforms without refund and to pursue legal remedies including civil claims for copyright infringement, trademark infringement, breach of contract, and / or recovery of damages, lost profits and / or attorney’s fees under applicable Federal and Pennsylvania law.

AFFILIATE AGREEMENT TERMS

By participating in our affiliate program you agree to the following terms in full.

PROGRAM OVERVIEW

Affiliates may be done in the future. As an approved affiliate you will receive a unique tracking link to promote our courses, books and digital products.

You will earn a commission of 30% on qualifying purchases made through your link.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Promote our products honestly, accurately, and with full integrity at all times.

Clearly and conspicuously disclose your affiliate relationship in all promotional content in accordance with FTC guidelines. This is a legal requirement.

Never make income claims, earnings guarantees or outcome promises about our products.

Never use spam, misleading advertising, false claims or deceptive tactics.

Never bid on our brand name or trademarked terms in paid advertising without prior written permission.

Conduct yourself consistently with the Moral Code, values and community standards of Stacy Pasty, L.L.C.

COMMISSIONS / PAYMENTS

Commissions are earned on qualifying completed sales only.

Purchases subsequently refunded are not commissionable and any commission paid will be deducted from future payments.

Payment schedules and methods are outlined in your affiliate onboarding materials.

We reserve the right to modify commission rates at any time with reasonable notice.

TERMINATION

We reserve the right to terminate any affiliate relationship at any time for violations of these terms, conduct inconsistent with our values or at our sole discretion.

Upon termination all use of our brand, trademarks, marketing materials and tracking links must cease immediately.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT

This agreement, together with the affiliate onboarding materials referenced herein, constitutes the entire agreement between the parties regarding the affiliate program and supersedes all prior discussions, representations and / or agreements whether written or oral.

No verbal agreements or promises outside this written agreement are binding.

GOVERNING LAW

This agreement is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
